For the final iteration of our model we emphasized triangles as our primary structural element and used them to create a sculptural pavilion. We relied on triangles due to their structurally ideal geometry. For continuity we kept our initial mirror material, however added heavier acrylic triangles to create a more stable connection along the base. We used a study model to understand the best angles and arrangements to direct the forces of applied loads through our model and ensure its structural integrity.
