HANGING MODEL / EXPERIMENT TWO

In the hanging model project, we aimed to explore density in two directions. Our variations iterate
ownwards as we add more levels to the chain as well as outward. The first variation simply includes four chains hanging along the edges of our square peg board. From there, we added four more chains connecting the apex of one curve to the next. After establishing this downward pattern, we introduce density moving outward by adding layers of chains pulled up and out to the four corners. Finally, an transparency was an important element that directed our design of the frame and peg board to increase the visibility of the complex hanging form.
