The membrane model alters a square membrane surface with circle plates pressing against the surface, transforming the flat surface to a three-dimensional funnel. The selected membrane's maximum stretch threshold was tested with two different framed membrane and circular plates with three distinct diameters. A hook-bar system was developed that provides constant downward tension force on the membrane to ensure a steady stretching form. Different directionality and modular sizes were tested with various aggregations in the spatial frame. The modules demonstrate qualities of continuity, reciprocity, and repetition throughout the iterations, generating a series of interesting spatial conditions.
