PROCESS
In our pursuit of modeling equilibrium, we crafted a minimalist system, comprising a perforated wooden cube, a wooden ladder, a plank, and a length of sewing string. Notably, the dimensions of the cube, the ladder's rungs, and the markings on the plank harmonize seamlessly, rendering a system of perfect congruity. Each component in this configuration serves a specific purpose in our quest to understand equilibrium dynamics.
The wooden ladder, a vertical fixture, remains a constant in our model, anchoring our exploration of equilibrium. It provides a stable framework for our investigations, acting as a fulcrum for our variable experiments. To introduce variability into the model, we strategically position the cube and the plank on different rungs of the ladder. This adjustment allows us to manipulate the distribution of weight within the system, thus altering equilibrium conditions.
