In the third project, we continued the system of the single sheet that is slit up into different “ribbons”, refined the grid into half-inch systems and explored the materiality of a stronger and thicker paper instead of fabric. Similar to the fabric, we created constrains in the fixed size of the paper and the grid, and the directions of the cut slots to x and y directions. The most successful iteration was the final one that folded well into both axis.
