This exercise utilized a modular system of folded forms to provide both introduce three-dimensional. The base module was developed from a square-shaped surface with a diamond-shaped cut at the center and eight alternating folds with attachment nodes at the outer tips of the folds. From this base system we experimented with drawing the points into different lengths to generate variation in the Z axis. We also explored the mode of attachment, with some of our iterations sharing edges, while others are completely detached.
