Our Membrane Model highlights the interaction of membranes on two planes meeting at specific points. These planes exist on a rotating axis, manipulating the degree of rotation creates new relationships between the membranes when they connect, through activating an edge condition. We envision our model being a modular system used that works in conjugation with each unit to create a pavilion, prioritising the creation of unique shading and that which may correlate with the wind.
