Building off of our equilibrium experiment, which explored the potential of a mast with tension cables as a system for supporting a cuboid mass, our reciprocal experiment develops a system of cantilevered beams supported by the same mast and tension cable system as before. When placed into a gridded network, these cantilevers become base points for further structural expansion in the form of additional beams stacked on top of, or hanging from the primary cantilevers.
