This project transforms a single triangular unit from the previous hanging model into a self-forming membrane through material-driven bending. The unit was scaled into a continuous shell, with curvature emerging from the flexibility of 1/64" wood veneer and its grain direction. Form-finding occurred through parametric perforation patterns, progressing from uniform triangular offsets to gradient cuts and mesh-like voids, testing how void distribution alters stiffness and curvature. Boundary conditions were explored using varied support angles (15°, 30°, 45°, 60°), demonstrating how subtle changes in pattern and anchoring conditions influence structural behavior, spatial curvature, and light-filtering performance.
